Conferences Annual does not currently collect online payments through this website. Submitting an inquiry does not create a paid booking.

Future paid services

If any paid service is offered after manual discussion, the price, scope, cancellation terms, refund terms, taxes, and payment method should be provided in writing before payment is made.

Third-party venue or vendor terms

When a venue or third-party vendor is involved, their own quotation, cancellation policy, refund policy, and event terms may apply. Users should review those terms before confirming any arrangement.
